Students in the Historic Preservation course, taught by Ron Frantz, worked to provide design recommendations for Dreamer Concepts. Dreamer Concepts is a community art gallery, an event venue, and a collaborative work space for artists. Several College of Architecture courses and workshops looked at the facade, interior floorplan, and exterior landscape throughout the Fall 2014 semester.
